Performance Storyboard
Together with our partner, we offer the Performance Storyboard software package, which greatly complements WCM, Lean, TPM or Six Sigma implementations.
Performance Storyboard is an actively developed toolkit that has gone through a lot of changes and new features over the last few months. Its main modules:
- DAM (Daily Audit Management) – a module for conducting audits electronically, e.g. using a tablet or cell phone, with the ability to take photos on your device and trigger actions right during the audit,
- APS (Advanced Problem Solving) – a module for conducting problem solving sessions based on various methods, including the 5W1H, Fishbone, 5Why, A3, 8D, etc., and for managing projects, including Six Sigma,
- SAM (Small Activity Management) – a module for managing tasks and activities, from small to large and multi-threaded,
- ESB (Enterprise Schedule Builder) – a module for managing meetings, projects and repetitive events as well as booking meeting rooms,
- PMB (Performance Management Board) – a module for building visual performance management boards and tracking KPIs and targets,
gained new functionalities and received many improvements, and the entire system was translated into numerous languages, including English, Polish, Ukrainian and Russian.
